One-Piece Laser-Cut Design:
From the look to the fit, our grilles are specifically designed for every vehicle. This example inserts directly behind your factory grille. It features durable TIG welds and is precision laser-cut with a unique tire tread inspired pattern.
Two-Stage Powder-Coated Finish:
Its powder-coated finish provides protection from road debris, corrosion, and discoloration. The two-stage coating process includes sandblasting, primer, and a top coat – ensuring a long-lasting, smooth, OE-style finish.
Built-In LED Lighting:
The (7) 2” round ZROADZ lights features high intensity 10W CREE LEDs producing a total of 70W of output at 6300lm. Their unbreakable polycarbonate lenses are surrounded by heat dissipating die-cast aluminum housings that easily install with the included military-grade wiring harness.
Stainless-Steel Hardware:
Stainless-steel hardware is included to provide the best corrosion resistance possible for each application.
